Eric V. Sesselmann Jr., DMD
Eric V. Sesselmann Jr. graduated class of 2009 from Muskegon Catholic Central High School and went on to complete his undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences at Grand Valley State University in 2013. He earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) from Midwestern University in Chicago in 2017. During his time at Midwestern University, Dr. Eric received the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology Dental Student Award and the Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine-Illinois Award of Excellence. He then completed a one-year residency at Jersey City Medical Center, where he studied advanced surgical techniques.

Dr. Eric has volunteered his time as a substitute in-game dentist for the Grand Rapids Griffins hockey team. At these games, he treats urgent dentoalveolar trauma immediately.
His goal as a dentist is to provide patients with comprehensive dental treatment of the highest quality. He wants to meet every patient’s dental needs and give them every possible treatment option, whether it is to simply maintain current dentition or have a full mouth reconstruction. He is dedicated to providing the best treatment and never turning away anyone in pain.
Dr. Eric Jr. and his wife, Brooke, moved back to West Michigan in July 2018. In his free time, he enjoys exercising and traveling.

Dr. Eric. Sesselmann Sr. has retired as of September 2024 after more than 40 years of dedicated service to our community. Even though he has retired from dentistry- you'll still see him around the office from time to time.
